Warta Ekonomi Apresiasi HR Perusahaan Melalui Indonesia Human Resources Awards 2022
Pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM), khususnya di perusahaan, tak terlepas dari kontribusi divisi Human Resources (HR). HR memiliki tugas untuk membangun dan memberikan inovasi untuk menciptakan sistem kerja yang ideal untuk berkontribusi dalam peningkatan SDM Indonesia.
Implementasi pengembangan sumber daya yang baik akan memberikan dampak positif pada proses pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia secara berkelanjutan dan berkesinambungan. Terlebih, perkembangan teknologi yang pesat dikhawatirkan akan menggerus partisipasi tenaga kerja manusia yang lambat laun tergantikan oleh mesin. Untuk itu, perlu adanya pengelolaan SDM yang baik agar manusia tidak makin kehilangan tempat di dunia kerja.
“Mesin dan komputer makin mendesak kehidupan manusia. Manusia akan susah menahan godaan untuk tidak mempekerjakan mesin, sampai pada titik mesin akan menguasai dan manusia kehilangan tempat di kehidupan ini. Hal inilah yang harus kita waspadai,” kata Pemimpin Redaksi Warta Ekonomi Muhamad Ihsan, Kamis (31/3/2022).

Oleh karena itu, dalam rangka mengapresiasi divisi HR di berbagai perusahaan atas upayanya memajukan SDM Indonesia, Warta Ekonomi menggelar acara penghargaan Indonesia Human Resources Awards 2022: Optimizing Human Capability.
Gelaran penghargaan ini mendapat dukungan dari Menteri Ketenagakerjaan Ida Fauziyah. Ida melihat divisi HR merupakan kunci bagi perusahaan untuk bisa memperoleh talenta sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan dan perkembangan zaman saat ini. HR juga berperan penting dalam perencanaan pengembangan kompetensi dan karier karyawan guna meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing di era transformasi digital seperti saat ini.
“Dalam konteks sasaran pembangunan ketenagakerjaan nasional, saya percaya bahwa inisiatif Warta Ekonomi melalui penganugerahan Indonesia Human Resources Awards 2022 merupakan upaya yang sangat penting dalam peningkatan kualitas SDM dan produktivitas tenaga kerja,” ujar Ida dalam acara penghargaan.
Selain itu, Ida juga meyakini acara penghargaan dari Warta Ekonomi ini sejalan dengan sembilan Lompatan Ketenagakerjaan yang disusun oleh Kemenaker, terutama pada aspek link and match.
“Karena peran HR sangat besar dalam link and match antara kompetensi dan talenta calon pekerja dengan kebutuhan perusahaan sehingga merupakan kunci dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja pada perekonomian saat ini,” tuturnya.
