Inovasi Digital Bantu Dongkrak Ekonomi, Warta Ekonomi Gelar Indonesia Digital Innovation Awards 2022

Digitalisasi menjadi tolak ukur penting bagi suatu negara dalam upaya memajukan perekonomian, terutama dunia diserang oleh pandemi Covid-19. Pemanfaatan serta peningkatan inovasi teknologi digital pada kegiatan bisnis perusahaan menjadi langkah penting dalam mendongkrak kinerja ekonomi negara. 

Dalam hal ini, inovasi teknologi digital yang diimplementasikan pada kegiatan bisnis perusahaan berperan penting dalam menopang pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pengembangan potensi digital, termasuk di Indonesia.

“Ekonomi internet akan mencapai sekitar US$70 miliar yang mengindikasikan prospek yang optimistis untuk negara berpopulasi besar seperti Indonesia ini. Diperkirakan pada 2025, kita akan mencapai US$146 miliar dari sisi GMW. Ini artinya, Indonesia menguasai sekitar 40% pasar Asia Tenggara. Kita menjadi raksasa bagi Asia Tenggara,” kata Pemimpin Redaksi Warta Ekonomi Muhamad Ihsan, Kamis (31/3/2022).

Hal ini juga didorong oleh pertumbuhan seluruh sektor menjadi dua digit pada 2021 dengan platform e-commerce yang menjadi pendorong utama.

Melihat hal ini, Warta Ekonomi ingin memberikan penghargaan kepada perusahaan yang dengan konsisten melakukan inovasi teknologi digital dalam operasional bisnisnya. Penghargaan ini diwujudkan melalui Indonesia Digital Innovation Awards 2022: Leading Through Innovation.

Warta Ekonomi mengusung tema ini lantaran inovasi pemanfaatan teknologi digital yang baik akan memberikan dampak positif pada proses pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia secara berkelanjutan dan berkesinambungan.

Hal ini senada dengan apa yang disampaikan oleh Sekretaris Jenderal Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika Mira Tayyiba, bahwa kreativitas dan inovasi dapat mewujudkan transformasi digital yang inklusif, memberdayakan, dan berkelanjutan bagi segenap rakyat Indonesia.

“Kominfo menyampaikan apresiasi kepada Warta Ekonomi yang telah menyelenggarakan Indonesia Digital Innovation Awards 2022. Kami senantiasa mendukung pelaku industri digital untuk berkreasi dan berinovasi sebagai bentuk adaptasi terhadap perkembangan teknologi digital. Melalui penghargaan ini, Kominfo berharap agar rekan-rekan dalam industri digital akan semakin termotivasi dalam menciptakan inovasi yang dapat menghasilkan solusi,” ungkap Mira.
