Warta Ekonomi Beri Penghargaan ke Perusahaan dengan Digital PR Terbaik

Seiring dengan makin masifnya digitalisasi, sektor kehumasan dan public relation (PR) turut mengalami pergeseran. Profesi kehumasan dan PR juga mulai mendominasi lanskap digital.

Hal ini diungkapkan oleh Dirjen IKP Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kemenkominfo) Usman Kansong dalam sambutannya di ajang penghargaan Indonesia PR Top Leader Awards 2022 yang digelar oleh Warta Ekonomi, Kamis (29/9/2022).

“Humas di era 4.0 sudah sering digaungkan, hanya saja kemunculan Covid-19 membuat kita siap tidak siap harus beradaptasi dengan kebiasaan baru. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi sebagai bagian dari aktivitas kerja kehumasan dan penyusunan strategi komunikasi publik harus dilakukan secara cepat," ujar Usman Kansong.

Berdasarkan data The Global State of Digital PR, lanskap kehumasan dan PR berada di aspek manajemen dan kampanye media sosial (77%), pemasaran konten (77%), pemasaran influencer (67%), dan SEO (56%).

"Terlihat dari gambaran ini bahwa digital PR makin mendominasi," kata Muhamad Ihsan, Pemimpin Redaksi Warta Ekonomi.

Kehumasan dan PR juga telah menjadi peran penting dalam perkembangan bisnis. Menurut Gogor Oko Nurharyoko, Deputi Bidang Hubungan Kelembagaan dan Kemasyarakatan Kementerian Sekretariat Negara RI, di era disrupsi ini sudah terjadi pergeseran paradigma pada peran kehumasan.

“Dulu hanya sebatas merilis informasi dari sebuah rangkaian bisnis proses, sekarang tidak lagi. Sekarang mereka di terdepan. Mereka adalah tempat di mana mendapatkan informasi paling awal dan genuine dari semua pemangku kepentingan. Dari merekalah kemudian bisa menyusun strategi yang lebih jitu, baik di lingkungan korporasi, institusi, serta kelembagaan,” kata Gogor, dalam kesempatan yang sama.

Mengingat pentingnya peran kehumasan dan PR, Warta Ekonomi memberikan penghargaan kepada perusahaan yang memiliki tim kehumasan dan PR dengan kinerja yang cemerlang. Apresiasi ini diharapkan dapat makin memacu performa kehumasan dan PR di Indonesia.
