Warta Ekonomi kembali menggelar ajang penghargaan Indonesia Excellence Good Corporate Governance Awards. Tahun ini, ada sebanyak 128 perusahaan yang menerima penghargaan Indonesia Excellence Good Corporate Governance Awards 2023.
Penghargaan ini diberikan kepada perusahaan yang menerapkan tata kelola perusahaan dengan baik dan mampu berkontribusi dalam menunjang perekonomian Indonesia.
Dalam sambutannya di ajang Indonesia Excellence Good Corporate Governance Awards 2023, Wakil Menteri Hukum dan HAM Republik Indonesia Edward Omar Sharif Hiareij menjelaskan terdapat tiga aspek penting dalam penerapan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik, yakni integritas, akuntabilitas, dan transparansi.

“Integritas, akuntabilitas, dan transparansi akan menciptakan sumber daya yang profesional,” katanya, Selasa (31/1/2023).
Senada dengan Wamenkumham, CEO sekaligus Pemimpin Redaksi Warta Ekonomi Muhamad Ihsan menjelaskan terdapat lima prinsip utama dalam penerapan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik, yakni transparansi, akuntabilitas, pertanggungjawaban, independensi, dan kewajaran.
“Ini yang kemudian dinilai oleh tim riset Warta Ekonomi dan tim juri independen pada ajang penghargaan ini,” ujar Ihsan.
Atas berbagai pertimbangan tersebut, Warta Ekonomi memilih 128 perusahaan dengan tata kelola perusahaan yang berhasil memenuhi standar dengan baik. Secara terperinci, berikut 128 perusahaan yang menerima Indonesia Excellence Good Corporate Governance Awards 2023.
