Sebanyak 20 penghargaan yang diberikan ISSA kepada  BPJS Kesehatan tersebut diberikan berkat inovasi yang dilaksanakan dan terus disempurnakan dalam melaksanakan  Program JKN selama kurun waktu 3 tahun terakhir. Penghargaan itu mencakup aspek kepesertaan, iuran, sistem informasi hingga mekanisme mengefektifkan pembayaran kepada fasilitas kesehatan. Ditambah berbagai inovasi layanan akibat pandemi Covid-19.

Berikut ini Penghargaan ISSA untuk BPJS Kesehatan :

The ISSA Good Practice Award for Asia and the Pacific 2021 (Penghargaan Tertinggi) :

Managing and governing National Health Security Programme in single payer scheme Integrated service solutions to achieve universal health coverage 3 Certificates of Merit with Special Mention 

1. An effective approach to increase contribution collection from informal sector.

2. BPJS Kesehatan’s active role in responding to the COVID-19 pandemic Actions to provide excellent service to members during the pandemic and assist the Government in dealing with COVID-19.
