Anies Led Tegal Amba River Cleaning

Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan led?Tegal Amba River cleaning, RW 02, Pondok Bambu, Duren Sawit, East Jakarta this morning.

"We deploy 500 personnel to clean trash on the river. We also educate local residents not litterinb the river," he conveyed at the location, Saturday (12/30/2017).

According to him, river has been silted by trash and mud sedimentation. It makes water can't flow well.

"It needs normalization to make it more deeper and wider," he affirmed.

Meanwhile, Jakarta Environment (LH) Dept. Head, Isnawa Adji explained, his side deploys 500 personnel to clean the river and 10 garbage trucks.

"It has been cleaned quite well. Later, on we will involve RT and RW to take care of it," he stated
